Within the Berowra Waters precinct itself there are three dining options.
Berowra Waters Inn
The Berowra Waters Inn is a fine dining SMH one hatted restaurant open for lunch Friday, Saturday, & Sunday and dinner Friday and Saturday.
It has an ongoing and wonderful commitment to fine dining and is a popular destination for many Sydney residents and visitors. In the eighties, it was the only three star Michelin restaurant in the Southern Hemisphere. Lunch or dinner will take at least two hours and you need to book ahead, well ahead for Friday and Saturday nights in summer.
The Inn is boat access only but you can moor your boat on one of the 3 moorings adjacent to the restaurant. The Inn has its own water taxi service which collects the public from both the eastern and western side public pontoons.
Sea planes fly from Rushcutters Bay and Palm Beach to the Inn for lunch Fridays, Saturday & Sunday.
What the Fish Café
The What the Fish Café is on the ground floor of the Marina on the western side and offers a range of burgers, fish and chips.
They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner but do not accept bookings – first in is best dressed.
The Café is BYO and open from 8am, closing times are seasonal.
Chef Secrets Cafe
A Chef Secrets Cafe is an Italian themed cafe/bistro on the Eastern Foreshore near the ferry in the historic Boathouse.
Fresh seasonal produce and “made from scratch” meals are Mario’s pride. Italian cooking classes are another service offered.
A Chef Secrets is open Tuesday through Sunday, Tuesday to Friday from 9am until 3pm and 8:30am until 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
Waterview Restaurant
The Waterview Restaurant sits literally above the Fish Café and has one of Sydney’s best and longest running seafood buffets.
The Waterview is licensed and BYO and is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday for lunch or Friday and Saturday for dinner.
